YES. SPRING. AWESOME. Even though I prefer winter, spring is pretty cool. It has a lot of birthdays. Including mine. Anyway ... although it pains me to say this - the holidays are nearly over. Which means back to school for hours of hard work and study ... or something. I think I spent my holidays well - staying up late, sleeping in for hours, watching weird movies with friends, spending time with people, and of course taking pictures with the new camera we have ...! It's a Nikon D700 and it is REALLY good. It has one of the old lenses from mum's old Nikon camera so it doesn't zoom, but you focus it manually, which I think is pretty cool. I think the last few photos I uploaded were taken by the D700 - the one entitled Doing What It Does Best was taken by the D700. It's a photo of the lens cap. But I guess that's pretty self explanatory.

Never Mind The Buzzcocks and Family Guy are back on the screens. Well, one screen. My screen. That's what holidays are for, right? Re-watching all of the hilarious TV shows I have, hour after hour of sitting like a vegetable on the couch and refusing to move until the episode is over ... well, that's what my holidays are for. That and sleeping of course. Also listening to all of Muse. Jordie's got me back into them ... I'm glad, seeing as they have a new album. We think '09 is the year of good albums ... Lily Allen, Arctic Monkeys, Muse, Julian Plenti, Franz Ferdinand, Doves, Jamie T - the list goes on.

I like spring. Warm sunny days and really cold nights, so you can still have hot chocolate and snuggle under the sheets in the early morning, but you can have all the nice cold drinks during the day and go swimming as well. But not laps swimming, more like splashing randoms and underwater-somersaults swimming. The fun way. The only way to do anything is the fun way. Unless you're some boring old fart. Anyway! I ramble.
